Vanessa is a veteran hairstylist and curly hair specialist that knows how to make a guest look and feel their best. She is passionate about bringing out the best “you” — specializing in beautiful, believable sexy hair color and lifestyle matching haircuts. With over twenty years of experience and education, she has an extremely diverse range of talent.
Vanessa specializes in beautiful color and curly hair. She creates gorgeous, healthy, hydrated hair that’s ready to wash and go. Vanessa is well versed in in all textures of hair, and works with clean, sulfate and paraben free beauty products that are kind to the environment and to your hair.
Vanessa is passionate about hair and always strives to stay up to date about the latest hair science and hair trends. Her work has been seen on the red carpet and in online lifestyle magazines. Her passions and hobbies are gardening, travel, Hollywood Bowl summer nights — and she is always on the hunt for the best brunch in Los Angeles!

Indigo is nestled in Sola Salon located in Pasadena's mid-century South Lake Avenue historical shopping district.
When you walk into Indigo, you’ll feel like you’re at your best friend’s place to catch up on the latest happenings. The dark indigo walls and dark copper accents give a modern yet relaxed vibe so clients can feel relaxed and pampered.
Indigo sells two luxury hair care lines — Pureology and Mizani. Pureology is vegan and cruelty-free. Mizani is a luxury hair care line for wavy, curly and coily hair.
